Ascent Building Services Group, LLC was born from the same desire that led Dean Siegel to climb mountains — the adventure, challenge, pursuit, and push for the summit. The lesson he learned from summiting Mt. Rainier in Washington was that the biggest mountains are not to be climbed alone.  Preparing and implementing a strategy to safely and successfully reach the summit and get back down takes a team effort with each member contributing their best effort. The reward of a shared struggle and success is much greater than that from singular accomplishment.

Dean began his career in building maintenance 28 years ago as an operations manager for a specialty services contractor in the Dallas multi-tenant sector after a nine year stint in the US Navy. He developed  his expertise in the Building Services Industry in roles as Sales Rep., Account & Regional Manager, and Director of Business Development. His expertise spans multiple facility types: Distribution Centers, Retail, Commercial Buildings, Schools, Universities, Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Country Clubs, and Event Venues.

Honing his expertise in the luxury hospitality market in Texas, Dean has worked with all the AAA 5 Diamond Hotels in TX and numerous AAA 4 Diamond and Forbes 4 STAR properties. From 2017 - 2019 he developed a cleaning program and provided oversight to his cleaning team that provided nightly janitorial service to a Luxury Dallas hotel as it successfully achieved its first Mobile 5 STAR Recognition in February 2020.
